My recent PSA is 5.3 but since I’ve been practicing the lesion that showed up on an MRI two years ago is not detectable. I would like to cure the cancer completely. I am sitting and doing diaphragmatic breathing will visualize the soace around my prostate, bringing blood, heat and 3D shape and rotation, to the area, literally massaging the region with my mind. It sometimes feels like I’m using a small ball. Sometimes there is sensation and heat and sometimes not.
Your stretching example reminds me of the importance of circulation, bringing blood and oxygen to our (less healthy) parts. Have you done any empirical research about blood oxygen content in the affected areas? I believe your method but I think that to memorialize the concept, some people are going to need the data points.
I don't know if it's MINDCUROLOGY but I try to keep my mind free of negative thought patterns. And if I do have a negative thought, I try to cancel it out with a positive one.

I am Chinese, and MINDCUROLOGY cannot be realized in China. I am not a doctor. But many people have verified this situation with their health.
