What is your view on DONATING Blood? Does it harm the body or does the making of new blood to replace what you gave have a benefit?

Expand full comment
Mr . Ma's avatar

This depends on the individual's physical condition. Appropriate blood donation is beneficial to the health of the body.

Thank you for your response. Can you explain why or how it is beneficial to the healthy donor?

Therefore, the limit of the amount of blood donated can only be determined by your own reaction after donating blood, the amount of blood donated and whether to donate blood.

Proper blood donation will stimulate the hematopoietic function of our organs and accelerate the hematopoietic capacity. This is a relatively healthy state. However, if the physical constitution is too weak, it may be counterproductive.

“MIND massage speeds up the blood flow rate here, that is, the blood supply here increases, and gradually the blood volume and blood flow rate here are improved. The health of this part is restored.”

Hello, I’m new to your account. Can you elaborate a bit more about the “mind massage”? Are you saying that directed thought or rather visualizing the “massage” of the blood will improve the blood volume and flow?

Please enlighten me. 🙏

"If you get angry while eating, you will have stomachache. Why is that? Because when you are angry, the blood used to digest food will leave the stomach. The stomach will have stomachache when it lacks blood to digest food." (MR.MA)

You know, that saying, "Bless your food" or "Pray over your food" before you consume it? Maybe because of "religiosity"? I suspect the "deeper wisdom" of this practice is/has been lost?

When we take a few moments to consciously connect with our food and "BLESS IT" from our Hearts, we connect with the Divine Intelligence of LIFE EVERYWHERE, within the food, within our cells etc and then our cells receive that BLESSING LIKE MEDICINE.

I absolutely agree with @MR.MA ... never eat when you are angry. 🙏

The blood is like our oceans/rivers/lakes on the earth. It has to flow. A blood clot is so bad due to that basic concept. A great column from Mr.Ma as usual. Post this in your home as to not forget these facts.
