It is true that farting can cure diseases. Sometimes when doing MIND massage, you will fart very coldly. 🙃🙃🙃

I don't understand this site. You talk about Mind Massage, but never tell how to do it. Like this post. How do I warm my body temperature up.

Cold therapy can be used in some special cases, but it is not the best choice.

As I have aged, my body temp is now usually 1/2 to 1 degree below what is considered normal. How they determined "normal" is a question for the ages. Yet, I am seldom in a sickly way and have no major diseases or afflictions, at age 74.

I am wondering how much I have to do to live longer at this point? My father is 97 and still getting around fairly well and he has done nothing in the last 20 years to improve his health. He just keeps on ticking virtually disease free.

If I may ask you a question but it might be silly. After someone who has suffered from a rapid degeneration of their bones, where the nervous system was severely affected and a strict dietary intake of only organic foods was ordered. Would the practice of Mind massage be helpful? Thank you for sharing your wonderful expertise.

The problem you are talking about must be related to the organs of our body. I just don’t know the specific relationship yet. MINDCUROLOGY is the only and most effective way.
