My ex-husband took tai-chi with an old chinese master for years before he passed on (the master) .. it was amazing what this 90 year old master could do … he taught the real stuff.

We went for me but I was too sick to keep up after the first few minutes & he kicked me out 🙏 in a very respectful manner.. but my ex stayed & became a life-long student.. they even went to China

Hello Mr Ma, thank you so much and I am excited to begin learning.

A suggestion: it was not easy to find this beginning article; is there any way you could post a link to it on your profile page?

Thank you for sharing this. Parts of this practice are very similar to Qigong that focuses on the internal art of moving Qi rather than just the external movements.

Yes, there are similarities, but MINDCUROLOGY is more scientific, simpler and more efficient.

I have been practicing Mindcurology for a couple of months and I believe I am getting the hang of it. It is a lot easier than Tien Tao Chi Kung and works just as well. We all need help focusing as the demonic forces of the 4th Reich continue its assault on freedom.

At the very least, we can free our minds.

"The feeling of having your health in your own hands is wonderful and confident." I needed to read these words. It is so obvious, yet I often overlook it. Thanks for the practice guide. It clears up a lot of questions.

The trick to learning MINDCUROLOGY well is to read more, think more, and ask more. 🤗🤗🤗

Interesting definition you have of the mind, as british researcher and author David Icke suggests that the mind is a form of AI, and is controlled from the spiritual realm, by those controlling humanity. I guess it is important now, more than ever, for our spirit to take the reins, and control this "AI"-mind! ;)

Thank you, and keep talking. CHEERs! :)

Dear sir. I’ve read this twice. Tonight, I started writing it out. This helps me to understand & recall, as I start practicing.

Regarding #2.) Wrist Holding: After you hold wrist it says, Remember that the heat & strength of the hand are transferred to the other hand. [This may seem obvious, (OR may not even matter), however - ]

My Question is: 🙋‍♀️ Is the heat & strength (you feel) transferred, coming from the holding hand, or the one being held? Or vice versa? The heat & strength of hand being held- is transferred to the hand you are holding? Likewise, next: it says FEEL the feeling on the wrist… of the hand… Question:

a) [on wrist of hand] you are holding … OR,

b) [on wrist of hand] being held?

At 1st I thought heat & strength would come from the hand that is holding. Then thought- maybe the other is stronger from being held. And finally, maybe either, & doesn’t matter ;)!

Sorry if I am over complicating, this, which is to be simple (eventually), but as I get to practicing, I want to make sure, if it does matter.

Thank you, ever so much, kind teacher!

Lisa

You can refer to this article of mine for this question.

The practice is to feel the feeling of the wrist being held.
