Thiis is all very interesting to me because I published a book titled "Change your mind, Save Your Life: How Your Mind Affects Your Health and What You Can do About It." It's outdated, but the basics remain valid. it's all based on research. It's also out of my field, but I was motivated to write it. I found the subject not only interesting, but important. Everyone knows that diet and exercise are important, but few know about how attitudes affect one's health and longevity.

"Just start with cervical spondylosis and start doing it once a day in the morning and evening for about 10 minutes each time. The mind start at the tailbone, spiral around the spine, go up to the top of the head and then spiral down to the tailbone. Do this repeatedly. After doing this for 2 days, a miracle happened. The neck can rotate freely. The previous symptom of my neck making a clicking sound when I moved has disappeared. I persisted for a few more days, less than a week. The cervical spondylosis has been cured by more than 90%."
