Thanks, Mr. Ma. Anyone who has experienced trauma must master the mind to heal. Sometimes trauma leaves one "motionless". I know, I have been there, and my mind has helped me heal many traumas. And, Stephen Hawking comes to mind with mind movement vs. physical movement. And, what a genius he was...
Yesssss!! Paralysis, I know it far too well. I have been doing a bit of somatic work to assist my healing. I believe our mind receives approximately 80% of it’s communication (as to our state) from our body? Forgive my lay language, and I’m probably not in quite a stable enough place to begin taking all of this beautiful work in, but had to say - YES!! Looking forward to it…
Thank you, Jess, for your support and for your courage and compassion. Yes, Jess, I agree with you and you stated a profound wisdom beautifully. All Blessings to YOU! Mr. Ma and I will create a powerful healing essay. Be in peace my friend. XX
MINDCUROLOGY is very simple. As long as you read and understand it carefully, everyone can master the MIND massage technique and apply it to actual disease treatment.🤗🤗🤗
You are welcome, Mr. Ma. And, Thank you, both for your work and for supporting Wildlands! We have similar missions to heal, and are expressing it in our own words and experiences. All Blessings to you and your readers!
Absolutely! What do you propose? Would you like to collaborate on an essay on Wildlands? I have several essays coming soon about my personal stories re: trauma and healing.
ok, let's give it some time for you to think of ideas, and we can work on a collaboration in the Fall. I am working on some essays, so that will give me time to work on them.

Truth, Justice, and Respect regardless of your political beliefs, nation, or religion.
Your assertion: "Mind movement: the more exercise you get, the better." is demonstrably false.
One only need observe the modern human engaged in constant and unyielding phone-based mind movement. I assert that overuse of the mind is pathological, and ultimately, that will be reflected in physical pathology. This scenario can include 'genetic memory'.
Imagine you are a software development team leader. You have 5 staff. You are in an environment where the noise floor is 85dB, peaking at 93dB several times a day. The air quality is bad. Your colleagues are so close you don't need to reach far to touch them [but of course you don't, it's just that they're that close]
You are responsible for 700 servers spread over 5 environments. You are expected to be an expert in everything as required, immediately. On top of that you have to have constant hour-long meetings with similarly overtaxed technicians and 'managers' who are likely on SSRI's, or combinations of SSRI's , and who are , if not alcoholics, "Hard Drinkers". Eventually your colleagues end up with high blood pressure, divorces, etc, and are all on the drugs, compensating for their side effects by drinking 5 to 6 jugs of beer (that's about 2litres a jug here) 3 to 4 times a week. Then they take statins and their skin dries out.
Expected to become an expert on every module, program, operating system, and somehow working around every human foible to achieve the impossible, you notice after 12 months of this torture, that when in meetings, multiple groups of people can be having conversations simultaneously and you perceive and understand all of those conversations, simultaneously. This is similar to late-onset psilocybin trips (ca. 45m-1.5h) It is not a pleasant experience if it becomes your day-to-day existence.
This is mind-movement writ large. I encourage you to try it for the experience. [I don't , actually, I suggest you steer away from that as much as possible]
the end story is;
You decide to retire poor, and early, because becoming one of those monsters isn't part of the plan.
Mind and body are interconnected. The body needs rest. The mind also needs rest. Sometimes these things are complementary. Swimming 1500m can rest the mind. Reading an old book after a workout can rest the body. Smoking a joint and laying in the sun can rest both.
there is an old aphorism "Everything in moderation" And there is the addenda form; "Everything in moderation, especially moderation"
I assert that it is not being moderate that is good for anyone. It is instead avoiding continuous, unremitted excess, in any endeavour. And so it is for the mind.
Further, resting the mind , like exercising the body, may take years to experience the benefits.
Brother, you are right, but the mind you are talking about is different from the mind I am talking about. So I suggest you read a few more of my articles. Now that you understand what my mind means, can you comment on it?🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂

You just brought good tears - for your beautiful, kind words. Thank you Ms. Robin. Maybe even a little bit healing (almost like co-regulation, yes?).
I look forward to continue learning and engaging. Thank you both for sharing such priceless work.
Reading, asking and practicing are the steps to progress.

Ok, thank you. I will poke around your info. Again, thank you!
Great review, thank you very much 🙏

I don't have a mature idea yet, but your suggestion is very good, but I don't know how to do it yet. I hope to get your guidance.

Another simple yet so giving column. As the line go this isn't rocket science..... It is simple science that anyone can do. No excuses.
🥰🥰🥰
Mind movement wins; however, I enjoy the physical movement of yoga and walking. Plus, walking is my 'Pamela Time' away from the kitties. 🤗
This is not a conflict at all. You can always spare some free time to do MIND massage. 🤗🤗🤗
Agreed!
Keep moving ❤️
Thanks 🤗🤗🤗
Wow, loved the concept of mind movement and how we can heal trauma if we move know how to train our minds!✨️
