Relaxing my shoulders down, is difficult. My husband goes right into the armpit, to release the pain and to get the shoulder re-adjusted, he covers the front and back shoulder and moves up, oh how a relief it is, you can hear/feel when the bones are back in alignment.

I'm 5'1" I worked as a US auto worker. It took it's toll on my shoulders and neck. Surgeries and PT. Luckily my back is not affected.

Back sleeper.
